Pancake Palooza Information for Families

PRESCHOOL FAMILIES!

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a new fundraiser event in 2025!

Shepherd of the Valley has hosted a wonderful Pasketti Dinner for many years. It was very successful and a great way to host a fun event in the community. We cherish these events and have decided to create a new event that is more family friendly and will be held on our very own playground!

We want to welcome all to the Pancake Palooza!

All information regarding the Pancake Palooza Fundraiser is provided on the flyer in this packet. Please share the flyer with all the friends and family members who you think would love to attend.

What you need to know:

Volunteering: We will need volunteers to help with this event. A signup genius will be sent out soon for parents and family members to help in making this event successful! Bringing items such as flat top griddle, cooking, cleaning, prepping, shopping are all volunteer opportunities.

Raffle tickets: We will be asking all families to sell 10 raffle tickets (or more if they would like). Raffle items will be 50/50, gift cards, and some other smaller items. More info to come on the raffle.

Craft Fair: We will have a limited number of spaces available for a craft booth.

Please make the reservation asap. Crafters must bring their own tables and shade if needed.

Parking: Parking will be in the front parking lot at the church or other parking spaces will be in the open space parking lot next to the north parking lot. The North parking lot behind the church will be for craft fair booths.
